How to Unlock Value From Your Data
With Simon Pomeroy, CEO at Fulcrum

LEARN – SHARE – NETWORK
The CDO Summit is the premier event for
digital & data leaders:

    March 15, 2017  |  Sydney, Australia

The curators of the Sydney CDO Summit are pleased to announce the Featured Luncheon Keynote by Simon Pomeroy, CEO of The Fulcrum Ltd., on “Delivering Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Across Large Organizations.”

Simon’s presentation will explore how to make transformation easy to buy into, how to align the culture around accountability and empowerment, and how to foster the confidence and belief across the organization that rapid customer experience transformation can be achieved.

Simon is CEO of
Fulcrum, which enables large organisations to unlock value from their data to drive rapid commercial outcomes and deeper customer engagement. Their technology helps to unlock the value in data that may be spread across multiple systems and databases, while requiring no heavyweight IT change programmes or capital expenditure.

Fully managed as a service, Fulcrum’s Hub sits alongside a client organisation’s existing and legacy technology infrastructure rather than inside it, and can integrate with internal and third party apps and platforms. Key to Fulcrum’s proposition is the proven ability to deliver rapid commercial results with in-year payback on investment and five times ROI within the first six months.

Mr. Pomeroy has significant experience in delivering digital solutions that bridge customer and commercial outcomes and that enable organisation-wide transformation. This includes commercial, cultural, and customer change. He has brokered world-class strategic partnerships, and has brought entrepreneurial capability and execution into corporate environments. All resulting in the ability to execute faster transformation and in-year ROI.

Simon was previously responsible for developing and implementing Westpac’s digital strategy, which won a number of NZ and international awards, including Westpac New Zealand being awarded Best Retail Bank of the Year by Asian Banker in 2015, Canstar Online Bank of the Year, and the Direct Marketing Association’s Organisation of the Year.

Simon previously led Air New Zealand’s customer loyalty strategy, which played a key role in the airline winning multiple awards, including Airline Of The Year in 2012. Simon is listed in FinTech Asia’s Top 100 leaders, and FST Media’s Top 10 AsiaPac Leaders to Watch

In 2015 Simon was one of a handful of global leaders to be interviewed by IBM CEO Ginni Rometty, for his views on data and digital disruption and innovation. He is considered an expert in customer engagement strategy, and has been recognised as a leader in global best-practices by commentators such as the Corporate Executive Board and McKinsey & Company.

In addition to Simon, we’ve curated an incredible programme featuring digital and data leaders from both the public and private sector.
