Andrew has worked in the IT industry for 15 years and became UK policing’s youngest Chief IT Officer in 2013. Currently leading an ambitious technology and digital transformation at West Midlands Police that will radically alter how Police services are provided to citizens in a new digital age, Andrew is also responsible for the effective operation of all technology within the UK’s second largest police force; including critical infrastructure that keeps officers and members of the public safe and reassured.

Andrew holds an honours degree in Software Engineering and a diploma in Leadership.
