Helen Merriott is Managing Director for Accenture’s Retail Practice in the UK and Ireland.

Her main areas of focus are working with clients across the retail sector to lead significant change programmes and develop strategies to deliver business results enabled by digital technology.

Helen has hands-on experience designing and delivering process and technology change. She has been responsible for operating successful outsourcing arrangements for clients across the food, apparel, fashion and convenience sectors.

Helen is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and in her spare time, she serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army.
